I Peace CEO participates in USCs Pluripotent Stem Cell Manufacturing Expert Panel

I Peace, Inc CEO Koji Tanabe participated as one of the panelists in an event entitled ”Pluripotent Stem Cell Manufacturing Expert Panel 2019” which was held at the campus of the University of Southern California School of Medicine in Los Angeles, California, on June 30, 2019.  

The event was co-hosted by HESI (Health and Environmental Sciences Institute), CIRM (California Regenerative Medicine Institute), ISCBI (International Stem Cell Bank Initiative), GAiT (Global Alliance for Pluripotent Stem Cell Therapy), ISCI (International Stem Cell Initiative) to discuss and address bottlenecks associated with the manufacturing and testing of pluripotent stem cell-based therapies. 

Koji Tanabe presented in the panel 7 “Towards Automated and Closed Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Manufacturer” and had a lively discussion with the other panelists including Dr. Elizabeth Schwarzbach from NYSCF who was a co-moderator.
